Post subject: How can I make flash transparent in HTML page?

I made a dropdown menu in css, but in below there is one flash movie. The result is flsh movie is in top of dropdown menu. How can I make this menu is on top of flash or Is there any other way to make this flash transparat?.

you can add the following parameter to the OBJECT TAG

<param name="wmode" value="transparent">

then a dd the following attribute to the EMBED tag:

wmode="transparent"
